Statement of Purpose
CAVEAT LECTOR (Reader Beware)
1. The primary purpose of this blog is to provide a simple, lively and quick resource for a range of topics relating to the psychology of leadership, management and work performance. Useful ideas, both classic and new will be presented on a semi-regular basis. (No, it’s not Switzerland, and the trains do not necessarily run on time). The longer term objective is to provide a place to accumulate this information – a repository of sorts. Wikipedia for managers. When there isn’t time or energy to track down and cover a topic in-depth, you might check here.
2. A secondary purpose is to provide me with a creative outlet for “stuff” I find interesting. Humor, oddities, anomalies, literary curiosities, and things generally bizarre and goof-ball are all candidates for the EPI theatre of the absurd.
3. If you have a potential contribution that meets our “standards,” we welcome it.
