360 Degree Feedback

360 degree feedback provides Ratees a picture of how they show-up in the eyes of Superiors, Peers, Subordinates or other stakeholders, and is a great complement to EPI's Individual Assessment. A well designed 360 should be comprehensive in scope, easy to interpret, and not too burdensome for Raters. Clients like our process for the following reasons:
